In 1992 Airtronic Spares Pty Ltd was established as an independent company and was set up to specialise in the supply of airconditioning spares for all makes of units catering originally for the Durban market. Today Airtronic Spares supplies spares throughout South Africa and to surrounding countries such as Namibia, Zimbabwe and Zambia and is recognised as the largest company of its kind in the Republic.

Originally spares were obtained from local agents and suppliers but it was soon realised that in order to improve the business it was necessary to source spares from overseas. Consequently regular visits have been made to the USA, Europe and the Far East and suppliers were established in all these countries. Through these sources the company is now able to supply spares for obsolete airconditioning units which are up to 20 years old as well as current models.

Emphasis has always been placed on quality and today Airtronic is proud to be agents for numerous ranges of spares combining quality at reasonable prices.
